Utilization of Funds from NFT Sales

Arc Nova Studios adheres strictly to the principles of lean startup methodology, ensuring prudent financial management and sustainable growth. Our focus is on minimizing operational expenditures and optimizing resource allocation. Given this approach, we've broken down our fund utilization into the following segments:

Infrastructure Upgrades

Our initial expenditures target essential infrastructure upgrades, including acquiring premium versions of Discord bots, website hosting, server maintenance, and domain registration. These upgrades are crucial for maintaining a seamless community experience and ensuring our platforms' stability. The annual cost for these upgrades amounts to a few hundred USD, constituting a small but vital portion of our budget.

Marketing & Outreach

Given the highly competitive landscape, effective marketing is paramount to gaining visibility and driving engagement. Our strategy evolves from organic social media activity to more aggressive advertising channels such as Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and community events.

Pre-Production & Community Engagement

One of our primary goals is to involve our community in the development process of our board games. A significant portion of the funds will be allocated to produce prototypes for internal testing and community feedback. This hands-on approach not only enhances the product quality but also builds anticipation and excitement ahead of our Kickstarter campaigns.

Marketing Material

To supplement our other marketing efforts, we intend to allocate a part of the funds for creating high-quality marketing materials. These materials will be instrumental during our Kickstarter campaigns and other promotional activities.

Founder's Reserve - 0%

As the founder, and currently a one-man show behind Arc Nova Studios, I am not drawing a salary or any financial compensation from the funds raised through NFT sales. This allows for 100% of the proceeds to be reinvested into the project, ensuring maximum resource allocation for sustainable long-term growth.

I will get my compensation at a later stage once we have running business with real revenue stream from our Boardgame Operations.
